During the day, you can often find stray cats in grassy areas, bushes, and around trees. These locations are favored by shyer stray cats that prefer less crowded spaces. Some may even establish their homes in open fields.

Also, search in abandoned houses, ruins, and alleyways, as these places provide a sense of security for them. You might also find mother cats nesting in areas like forests, grasslands, or within dilapidated buildings. Furthermore, many stray cats like to stay in trees or on rooftops as these locations are usually dry. Remember to be safe and respectful, and avoid touching or chasing stray cats, which could make them feel threatened and defensive.
