Can You Own a French Bulldog in Yantai?

French Bulldogs are not classified as a banned breed, so it is perfectly permissible to own one in Yantai. French Bulldogs are small in size with a gentle temperament, and they are not prone to aggression, making them excellent companion pets for families.

French Bulldogs, with their adorable appearance, small stature, and gentle nature, love to be close to humans and are particularly tolerant of children. Even if a child accidentally hurts them, they will quietly endure it without showing any signs of aggression. Therefore, they are suitable for urban environments in Yantai and do not pose a threat to the lives of those around them.

It's now more important than ever to promote responsible dog ownership. We strongly advise dog owners to register their pets and obtain a dog license. A dog license is like a human's ID card. Unlicensed dogs are considered illegally kept, and if discovered during inspections, the owner will not only face fines but also risk having their dog taken away unconditionally. Therefore, obtaining a dog license is crucial for responsible pet ownership.

How French Bulldogs Show Affection to Their Owners

Typically, dogs initially recognize and familiarize themselves with their owners through sight, sound, and smell. French Bulldogs are no different. Once a French Bulldog bonds with their owner, they will exhibit several behaviors. Firstly, when they hear their owner's call, they will quickly appear before them. Even when unleashed outdoors, they will closely follow their owner's pace. Secondly, when their owner is away, they will wait at the door for their return. When the owner comes home, they will joyfully run into their arms, wagging their short tails and making excited sounds, hoping to be petted and played with. Lastly, they love to lick their owner's hands. When petted, many French Bulldogs will lie on their back, exposing their belly, which is the most vulnerable part of their body. They would not expose their belly to strangers or people they don’t like.
