Recognizing the Signs: What to Expect When Your Dog is 25 Days Pregnant and How to Care for Her

Around 25 days into a pregnancy, you might observe several noticeable changes in your dog. These can include mood swings, increased sleepiness, cautious behavior, swollen and reddened nipples, and a slightly protruding abdomen. It's crucial during this time to monitor your dog’s physical activity and ensure she receives a nutritious diet.

Emotional Sensitivity

Pregnant dogs often experience heightened emotional sensitivity. They may become wary, even of their familiar owners. You might notice mood swings, with your dog possibly becoming more vocal or even aggressive. This is due to hormonal fluctuations and the physical changes they are undergoing.

Increased Sleepiness
